Our Curious | Opossum Hollow

Welcome to Opossum Hollow in the quaint mountain town of Travelers Rest! Our partially restored 1984 Airstream Excella, lovingly referred to as `Possum Holler', is situated on the same property as our home. With a covered space for parking and a 35 foot skylight deck, this outdoor space is designed for cool evening lounging and warm afternoon napping. We worked with a number of local artisans to design and create the entire space, ensuring most every element is handmade, upcycled, and recycled!

The Dwelling Place was created for guests to enjoy Travelers Rest and the beautiful surrounding areas. It is a studio apartment above a detached garage with a private entrance and driveway. We are a one minute walk from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a 1.2 mile walk from the idyllic downtown Travelers Rest, 20 min. from Greenville, 8 min. from Furman, 15 min. from North Greenville University, and close to numerous hikes, waterfalls, and outdoor adventures!

Enjoy your stay at this cozy two bedroom home just off the Swamp Rabbit Trail within walking distance of the beautiful small town of Travelers Rest. You will be near excellent food choices, wine and craft beer or hiking and biking adventures. This newly renovated home has a great living space with two beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed. You will have access to the entire home. Minimum 2 night stays.

Couples retreat located 6 miles from downtown Greenville and the Swamp Rabbit Trail in a comfortable country setting.
