This apartment is in the center of downtown McKee near the intersection of Highway 421 and Hwy 89 North. A very small town with one stoplight. There are 14 steps up to the entrance of the apartment and the front door has a digital lock. Approximately 600 square feet with 2 bed rooms, one private and the other semi-private. This apartment has a kitchen with full stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. This apartment his somewhat historical in the community having been built in the late 1940s.

Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. Centrally located in historic downtown Winchester with views of the county courthouse. Apartment is upstairs in a building that was originally used as a carriage repair shop. It is within walking distance to lots of unique shops and restaurants and the Bluegrass Heritage Museum. Walk or drive to the Farmers Market (seasonal) on historic Depot Street on Saturday mornings. The Red River Gorge/Natural Bridge area is 40 minutes east. Lexington is a short 20-30 minutes west.

This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment is located less than a minute walk to Eastern Kentucky University. This completely renovated apartment puts you within walking distance to campus as well as downtown. Granite countertop kitchen, complimentary coffee and snacks, and beautifully tiled bathroom.
