The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

Fantastic self-contained spacious accommodation which forms part of a Grade II listed barn conversion tucked away in a beautiful hidden Chiltern valley; perfect for walking and cycling from the doorstep but also only four miles from both Berkhamsted and Chesham stations with easy access to London. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.

There’s a private courtyard outside with table and chairs. We live in the main house and are happy to help while giving you full privacy ☺️

The Olde Dairy is a newly renovated barn which is very spacious and has a very cosy ambience. Popular with visitors to Warner Brothers Studios ‘ Harry Potter’ Bekonscot model village, Roald Dahl museum, Chiltern Open Air museum, Bovingdon Studios, Legoland, Windsor, and the train station 5 mins away straight into London Baker Street approximately 40mins, there are many lovely local pubs and walks on our doorstep.

The retreat cabin is a place for couples to genuinely switch off from the outside world. Relax in private luxury with a fantastic teak hot tub and award winning luxury heated swimming pool just feet from your door. Underfloor heating is also fitted as is air conditioning and electric privacy blinds. This entire area and listing is completely private and not shared with other guests.
