My 50 m² apartment is bright and very comfortable, located on the 6th floor with an elevator. You will be charmed by its absolute tranquility, warm ambiance, and south-facing balcony. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally situated in the heart of a typically Parisian neighborhood, it is rich in shops, cafes, wine bars, and various restaurants. You can reach the center of Paris in 13 minutes by air-conditioned metro. It is a 5-mn walk from the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont.

It includes a large master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, a small bedroom on a mezzanine and a shower room.

While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

Please note that if you plan on using the room and the sofa bed votre only 2 people, you have to book for 3 people.
