One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

L'appartamento recentemente ristrutturato si trova nel centro del Paese, ottimo punto di partenza per i comprensori sciistici del superski dolomiti e passeggiate sulle Dolomiti. Vicino a casa si trovano ristoranti, supermercati e negozi per ogni necessità. The newly renovated apartment is located in the center of Predazzo, excellent starting point for the ski resorts of the Dolomites Superski and hiking in the Dolomites. Near house there are restaurants, supermarkets and shops for every need.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto.
