Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our ocean view villas have magnificent views of the beach below and across the ocean towards Cape Liptrap. From the comfort of the large covered deck, Cape View Lounge or the big open plan living area, watch the waves smashing on the rocks below, the sunrise in the early morning or even a passing storm. The villas are well fitted out with reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, oven and cooktop, microwave and large refrigerator.

We hope you enjoy your stay here in our rustic little cottage by Balnarring Beach, we provide stand-up paddle boards and bikes and offer other activities like winery tours and tandem paragliding, parking is out the front with a manual sliding gate we have a 8 kW air-conditioner which heats and cools in Minutes… you can play some pinball listen to some Vinyl and only two minutes to popular restaurants and supermarket in town and a five minute walk to the beach.

Travel around our coast road to Inverloch for more beautiful beaches and eateries.

Relax at The Landing

Relax and unwind at The Landing. The bungalow is located on the beautiful Bass river where you can watch the tide come in and go out from the porch. Listen and watch the abundance of flora and fauna, catch a fish for dinner or go on an adventurous kayak for the explorers. The bungalow is a 1 bedroom space with a comfy fold out sofa in the lounge room. It can fit up to 4 people comfortably.

Just a stones throw from Phillip Island and all its attractions, but set in a quiet and secluded location nestled at the foot of the Bass Hills. A well equipped detached and self-contained cottage that provides comfortable accomodation for four. Located at the rear of and close to the owners property it has views over adjacent farm land and is right next to the Bass Coast Rail Trail.
