Close to the quaint fishing village of Appledore, with it’s bustling quayside and ferry across to Instow. A 10 minute walk to the coast path. The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pub and restaurant, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. Manor Cottage is a grade two listed building built in the early 19th Century. Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.

We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
