The apartment is situated on the first floor in the house which has 3 apartments more and it is 50m2 big. It has its own terrace and its own parking place, which is I think very important. In the big garden there is a barbecue with the table under the tree which hold the shadow all the day, the trampoline and the swimming pool. The outside area it is shared .

Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.
