Holiday House Ursa with heated pool, 700m to beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

House Oleander is situated in a small village Poljica, only 10 minutes drive from Malinska. It spreads over 2 floors and consists of a kitchen with a living and dining area, one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor. On the first floor, there is a big balcony with a sea view and downstairs there is a big covered terrace. Also, you have a big garden outside with a grill and swing. House is well equipped. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
