Das frische Gebäck bietet der Bäcker im Haus. Skilift und zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in Gehdistanz. Das Appartement bietet mit seinem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer Platz für 2-5 Personen. Es hat ein separates WC und Bad und vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf die Loggia mit Blick auf die Berge von St. Oswald.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Doppelbett (160x200cm), Essplatz für zwei Personen, SAT TV, WLAN (gratis), eine Kochnische mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank, weiters ein kleiner Vorraum und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
