Built in 1793 and in the centre of Gunnerside Village, this cottage is an ideal base to explore and enjoy all the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. The sound of the river welcomes you as you step though the front door, but all is tranquil inside.

A great base for two for sight seeing, walking or just chilling. The village has a pub/restaurant (15min walk) and a tearoom The cottage has all the modern facilities you need plus a log fire for cosy nights in and a rear patio/garden for barbeque evenings. The cottage is dog friendly, he or she cannot get out if in the garden.

Our charming couples cottage forms part of a grade 2 listed mill, resting in the tranquil hamlet of Wensley Station just outside the quaint market town of Leyburn. Newly renovated, the contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of local gin in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.

A glass wall ensures uninterrupted views across Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as starry-night skyscapes. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
