Das nächste Gasthaus ist nur 1 km entfernt. Bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre kann man entspannen und die Natur genießen. Gut für Familien, Paare und Gruppen bis zu 9 Personen. Jedoch müssen Sie bei Gruppen jedes Zimmer einzeln buchen. Wir freuen uns, Sie begrüßen zu dürfen! Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel beim Haus !

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Unser Gästezimmer hat einen Balkon und ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche. Besonders Familien mit Kindern sind uns herzlich willkommen. Kleinkinder bis 3 Jahre schlafen umsonst im Elternzimmer, ältere Kinder gegen Anfrage und Aufpreis mit im Elternzimmer oder im 2.Gästezimmer. Im großen eingezäunten Garten gibt es neben Sandkiste, Spielhaus oder Trampolin viel zu entdecken. Unsere Ponies freuen sich auf kleine Reiter. Bei Bedarf ist Kinderbetreuung möglich.
