Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Waterfront! Hot tub & dock with kayaks on private lake. Enjoy the Hot Tub, fire table & bright cottage with Japanese soaking tub, (small) +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Follow trails through forest & meadow to the nearby Gold Mine Trail. The Big Barn occasionally opens its doors for an impromptu Wine Tasting Hour-complimentary!
