Very family friendly and we would like to keep it that way🤗 House is very unique with a large Koi fish pond. 6 guests maximum. Perfect set up for small gatherings. This was our home for 7 years. You will not feel like living in a hotel at all😊 Pest control, mosquitoes and lawn care every 2 weeks! Absolutely No wild parties!
