Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms consisting of: – · a queen bed with ocean views in room 1 · a queen bed with baby cot in room 2 · and 2 sets of single bunks ideal for children & teens in room 3 All rooms have the added comfort of ceiling fans, while room 3 has also been thoughtfully equipped with books, toys and lamp lights fitted above the upper bunks for your kids to snuggle up with reading for some down time. A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.
