La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

La Casina Lungomare di Fabi Livorno

A 50 m dal mare, parcheggio privato gratuito e terrazza con tutta la privacy di un appartamento a ingresso indipendente, in una delle zone più ricercate di Livorno, sul bellissimo lungomare di Viale Italia, a 2 passi da Terrazza Mascagni, Acquario e un nuovissimo centro commerciale. Tutti i servizi e spiagge attrezzate nelle immediate vicinanze. Fermata bus a pochi passi. Vicinissimo anche al porto. Le maggiori città turistiche toscane facilmente raggiungibili sia in auto che con mezzi pubblici.

L'appartamento (pian terreno,strada tranquilla) è situato a circa 450 metri dal mare. Ottima location per tipici punti di ritrovo livornesi come Baracchina Rossa e Rotonda d'Ardenza. Buoni accessi al mare in Località "Tre Ponti" (circa 700 metri, surfing spot) e "Gabbiano" (ritrovo nuoto per triathleti). Golf Club Livorno a 650 metri. Negozi,ristoranti, pizzerie raggiungibili a piedi. Appartamento utilizzato dagli stessi propietari in periodi di ferie. Ben allacciato ai servizi bus cittadini.

Inoltre, sono presenti molte strutture come bar, ristoranti e locali per aperitivi molto vicini anche al centro storico "La Venezia".
