Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Dalla casa sono facilmente raggiungibili località di alto interesse turistico: laghi Maggiore e Orta, il Monte Rosa e le sue valli, Parco del Ticino; mentre l'aeroporto di Malpensa è a soli 18 km. “La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Una casa in pietra realizzata alla fine del '700, il cui restauro è stato completato nel 2017, perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, ma anche base ideale per visitare i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e le valli d'Ossola, Formazza e altri luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
