One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Für4- 6 Personen, mit ca. 60m². Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und verfügt über einen einzigartigen Blick nach Antholz Obertal und die Rieserfernergruppe. Das Apartment verfügt über 2 Bäder und zwei Schlafzimmer. Wobei eines der Zimmer das Bad exklusiv hat. Die Bäder ausgestattet mit Wc, Bidet, Waschtisch; Föhn und bodengleicher Dusche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die großen Fensterflächen geben einem ein Gefühl von Freiheit und ermöglichen eine Weitsicht.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
