Our four private acres feature a hot tub; pond/relaxing water fall feature; spacious screened porch, deer(!), fire pit; arcade; and lots of artistic motivation.

Beautifully positioned on 12 acres, this 1799 estate is reputed to have been designed by Thomas Jefferson. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor of the newly-restored 1803 mill, and is the only finished area. The barn was built in the early 1800’s and we completed its renovation in 2014 and an upgrade in 2020 to include air conditioning in the whole barn and new reclining leather couches.
