CASA ALBA is a 40 m² apartment located 5 minutes from the city centre, 12 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes by train from Barcelona. The apartment features a kitchen for cooking and a separate area for relaxation. It includes a bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower, and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped such as a microwave, cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room, you can enjoy satellite TV and take advantage of air conditioning.

Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.
