We've been living in the adjacent townhouse for 28 years. We're only a knock on the door or a phone call away if you need anything! This is a vibrant yet peaceful, culturally diverse area. It's only a short walk to up-scale restaurants, bars, and music venues. There's also the historic waterfront, a shopping district, Dalhousie University, Citadel Hill, and Halifax Commons. Walking is ideal. One parking space is provided on site (just in front of unit -furthest one left facing Maynard Place) and a public transit stop is down the street. Two private entrances - one of ground level and one on deck level.

Enjoy this spacious two story house located between the MacDonald and MacKay bridges! We have everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable king bed, wifi, TV with 4K Apple TV, full kitchen, and a private back yard with a patio. There is a second airbnb unit at the front of the house, however, there are no shared spaces and no doorway connecting the two units. I live here for part of the year and rent it out short term while away. If you smoke please do so outside of the house.

Greet the morning from your cozy bed, or wrap yourself in a cozy blanket and enjoy on the deck or snuggled up on the sofa in front of the fire. Kabən is a short drive to the city centre, but trust me, you won't want to leave once you arrive and breathe in the sea air at your own little sanctuary.

Right downtown Dartmouth, directly on the edge of several parks (including off leash dog park) and seconds from the Halifax Harbour, minutes walk to the DT Halifax ferry, minutes drive from the Halifax bridge. Next to a major bus terminal, and a short walk to many shops/cafes/pubs/restaurants. Comfortable furniture and nice cotton sheets. Prime TV and other Roku channels on the TV. Very old building decently maintained.

Welcome to Edgewater. Our garden suite is a completely private,separate suite. Guests have their own private entrance. Overlooking gardens and lake, you may enjoy spectacular sunrises and moonscapes. Listen to loons call as they locate one another on the lake. The suite has a comfortable sitting room, with dining table, and equipped kitchenette ( toaster, microwave, coffee press, kettle), ( there are no cooking facilities). Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.
