Serene Alberta Arts Garden Casita.

Detached casita /studio apt. in one of the hippest neighborhoods in NE Portland; The Alberta Arts District. One queen bed. A portable crib is available upon request for infants, 3rd party bookings will not be accepted. The cleaning fee will be reduced for short stays of two nights. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, a toaster-oven, a microwave, two-burner stovetop; no oven. The space is ideal for smaller breed dogs, or a larger very mellow dog, but no cats.

Built in 2019, this architecturally-designed space is warm and modern, with good natural light for a comfortable home base during your travels. We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street. We are a legally permitted 4 bedroom short term rental house. Alberta Arts district is unique; rich in culture, excellent food and drink, on transit lines and totally walkable. We're half a block from it all. At home, enjoy the whole single level house, impeccably clean, great beds, fresh, quality linens and pillows, modern and comfortable, with solid bamboo floors. Enjoy the front porch and private back yard. Our tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment.
