Das Apartment liegt direkt bei der idyllischen Promenade entlang des Eisacks mit historischen, bunten Häusern sowie der Parkanlage "Rappanlagen".

Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage mit kostenlosen Fitnessgeräten.
