Living room has a 58" smart tv, and all the bedrooms have 50" smart tvs equipped with YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, & more. Also has a roll away bed if needed for an extra person. It is located on the Northside of town in a quiet neighborhood and is minutes away from the Expo Center and downtown Abilene. Has a two car garage and lots of parking available.

The cottage (along with the main house-that is next door) is situated on 40 acres outside the city limits of Abilene, Texas (Potosi.) When you arrive, you may see horses grazing out in the pasture, two loving Collies & the farm cat "Major." We hope that our guests enjoy the peaceful country all while being minutes away from entertainment, restaurants, airport & hospitals.

Our little unique bungalow is a smaller home located on Sayles Blvd. Right across the street from McMurry University, and under 10 min drive to most areas. We are on a busy road there will be road noise. We do have sound machines available. We do NOT allow pets. Parking available for NO More than 3 vehicles NO parking on the grass. Please note our parking can NOT accommodate big trailers or several large vehicles. Our home is on a busy street with VERY limited parking.
