The apartment is 53 m2 including veranda, 2nd floor without elevator. 2 bedrooms separated from the living room by glass partitions (not visible on the picture, they were made recently) . It is suitable for 3 persons. One bed is 160cm wide, the 2nd is 120 cm wide and can possibly be suitable for 2 children or a couple. I live in this apartment, I have chosen each thing carefully, with the result that it feels really cosy.
