Il y fait frais en été et il est chaleureux l'hiver. Il a été rénové récemment avec des matériaux modernes et de qualité. Possibilité de venir avec un enfant. Ou 3ème personne en ajoutant un matelas dans la chambre ou le salon. Linge de lit et de toilette compris. Matériel bébé sur demande. Le quartier compte de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Au dernier étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble au calme, il possède une terrasse ensoleillée de 38m2 avec table de jardin. Un parking gratuit est disponible sur demande. Il se situe à proximité de nombreux commerces, restaurants, piscine/patinoire/cinéma et de la station de métro Laumière qui vous mènera au cœur de Paris en quelques minutes.
