Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Mon appartement est un atelier d'artiste des années trente, près de la Porte Maillot. Il est au 7e étage, avec ascenseur. Sa grande verrière et ses 4 mètres 30 sous plafond en font un espace unique où j'ai pu disposer ma collection personnelle de photographies. L'appartement, de 59 m2, dispose d'un vaste salon, d'une bibliothèque dans la mezzanine, d'une chambre séparée, d'une cuisine toute équipée et d'une salle de bain. C'est mon appartement personnel, donc ni fête, ni shooting.

Superb large 2 P close to the Champs Elysees district which can accommodate 2 adults. This apartment is very well equipped; it is at the foot of the metro (Ternes) and is very quiet. In the surroundings you have supermarket, bakery, good restaurants, market... From CDG airport the taxi journey is about 30 minutes. The Arc de Triomphe-Etoile is 1 minute subway or 5 minutes walk. Your arrival is autonomous, the lock of the apartment is connected which allows to open with a code.
