It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Au RDC, un logement indépendant pour 6 personnes (qui reste frais l'été) est organisé autour du patio : - chambre à l’entrée avec bureau et canapé lit - salle de douche avec WC, lave-linge et sèche-linge - séjour-cuisine ouvert sur l'extérieur avec canapé lit - une chambre au calme à l’arrière du patio avec salle de douche et WC L’ensemble a été rénové par les propriétaires en 2020.
