The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.
