We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. This fully renovated condo is in The Sandcastles complex within Amelia Island Plantation. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Single kayaks & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

The home has two lovely bedrooms, a cozy living area, kitchen and bathroom. Norris Cottage is small, but welcoming and efficient.

This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.
