It consists of 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests (one with double bed and the other with two single divani beds which could be transformed as a double bed ). It could also accommodate other 2 guests as there is a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a sea view from all the rooms and along with all of its amenities , it aims to provide an excellent stay to its guests. Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket and plenty of small local restaurants, gas station and kiosks. In less than 100m there is a bus station that connects the apartment to both airport and the city center.

Το studio είναι ανοιχτό μόνο όταν έχει κράτηση για 6 άτομα και στην περίπτωση 2,3,4 ατόμων παραμένει κλειστό και δεν ενοικιάζεται σε άλλους . Εχει εξωτερική πισίνα και τζακούζι που είναι θερμενομενη κατά τους χειμωνιάτικους μήνες μόνο με επιπλέον κοστος. Εχει ωραία θέα πράσινο και από τα δωμάτια θάλασσα! Γύρω απο το σπίτι εχει διάφορα φυτά και δέντρα.Υπάρχει μια περκολα με το τραπέζι της όπου μπορεις να απολαύσεις φαγητό και ποτό. Μόλις 1 λεπτο με τα πόδια θα βρίσκεστε στην παραλία σε ταβέρνες καφετέριες υπεραγορές και στο όμορφο λιμανάκι της Κατω Πάφου. Καλές διακοπές!
