During WINTER: must have AWD or FWD, experience driving in serious winter weather (snow, severe wind, extreme cold); the cabin is located on gravel roads & dirt driveway. NOTE: neighboring construction throughout December of 2025-2026. The immediate cabin and yard will not have construction, however, immediate surrounding areas will.
