The 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and open plan with a comfortable lounge area, a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. Both en-suite bedrooms are light and airy with a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. There are 2 allocated parking spaces.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! "Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

This treehouse is hidden away in 50 acres of private woods. It sits up high in an old oak tree at the top of a bank looking over a stream. Its the perfect place to get away from it all. To cook over a real fire and sit out under dark star filled nights. You won't need to bring any camping equipment, It even has a hot outside shower! There are lots of footpaths close by for lovely walks through woods and fields. The Dragon pub is a 10 minute walk, great food and a lovely big garden.
