An open plan style living/dining room bespoke dining table. Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. A seperate contemporary bathroom room, with a shower over bath, washbasin, wc and a heated towel rail.

The Hoot House ( tawny owls live nearby )

Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

Mulberry Cottage is situated on a working small holding, in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, with direct access to a network of footpaths. The cottage has a private entrance, with views overlooking the fields and surrounding farmland, and fully enclosed garden. Watch and listen to the wildlife - and enjoy the company of sheep, alpacas, chickens and horses. Take a walk and enjoy the tranquil countryside. In the winter, cosy up next to the toasty log burner, or enjoy the dark starry skies.

The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. Overlooking a private fishing pool and situated on the side of the Worcester to Birmingham canal , easy access to various footpaths and the canal towpath .Perfect for active couples who wish to walk and cycle or ideal if you want to relax while your partner fishes . A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!
