Relax in the reclining sofa to a movie on Netflix thanks to Sky TV with super fast broadband. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
