We are 15 minutes to Hatley Pointe for skiing and snowboarding. 45 min or less to amazing hikes and waterfalls. Gardens, history, & romantic lore on an 1800s era farmplace, the Farmer & the Naiad cottage was once used as a summer kitchen, bunkhouse, & lovebird's nest for the farm. Explore a beautiful 10 acres, be lulled to sleep by the babbling creek out the screened door balcony, walk the gardens, gaze at the milky way, and cozy up by one of the firepits. 30 mins. from Asheville, 10 mins. to Mars Hill LGBTQIA & BIPOC welcoming.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.
