Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Sunflower Resort Balsam is a modern, in-town, pet-friendly (Pet Fee Required,) fully-stocked 2 BR (Queen in Master & Queen in Guest), 1 1/2 bathroom, 1000 ft2 home. It has EV charging, step-free access, shower, 6' soaking tub, a modern kitchen, W/D, private deck, & latex mattresses. Perfect for teams/groups. Cabin is 5-mins. walk to Winthrop downtown & right on the ski/bike trail. Our spa offers massage, yoga, luxury pedis & manis, hair artistry, facials, naturopathy, acupuncture, and waxing.

Mazama Retreat @ Goat Wall: 3 Bedrooms + Huge Loft

Beautiful views of stunning Goat Wall flank this large rural 90's home, and separately rented, attached studio (you may have neighbors), in the Mazama area of the Methow Valley, a short drive from miles of mountain biking, hiking and Nordic ski trails. You can ski and hike right out your door! North Cascades Nat'l Park is ~45 minutes drive, accessed by Highway 20 in the summer.

Our delightful log cabin is perfect for a Methow Valley get-away. We are tucked in a lovely grove of aspens, one minute walk to the Methow River, private sauna, shared hot tub & pool and MVSTA trail (1-2 minute walk/ski). The cabin has two bedrooms + a sleeping loft and a full kitchen.
