There is a big Aldi in the centre of Cleveleys and convenience store located on ‘Beach Road’ (a 2min walk from the house). Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Conveniently positioned self contained comfortable flat near the winter Gardens/hounds Hill shopping centre/beach, all just a 5mins walk. Train/bus station under 10mins. Free private parking. This is an upstairs flat although just one flight of stairs **the breakfast.. This is in the form of a small welcome pack containing cereal/milk which is handy for the guests who chose to stay just one night, there are of course many cafes etc The apartment is self check in. Quiet time from 11pm please.
