Haus am Fuße der Hohen Wand

Das ca. 150 Jahre alte Haus ist wenige Gehminuten von der Hohen Wand entfernt, ideal zum klettern, wandern... In Kürze erreicht man entweder mit dem Zug oder mit dem Auto den Schneeberg. Das Haus bietet Platz für 4 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern. Es gibt einen schönen Garten, Schwedenofen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Esstisch, 2 Toiletten, einen Fernseher. Die Gemeinde Grünbach verlang eine Tourismussteuer von 2.80€ pro Person/Nacht die Vorort zu bezahlen ist.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
