Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Parking is available at right side of the driveway (behind the red car).

Welcome to Little Bear Nook~ This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom lower level suite is in a lovely, family-friendly neighbourhood 10 minutes from downtown Whitehorse. This suite has natural bright light for those winter dark days. We're located right next to "the ridge"- a beautiful walking trail amongst the forest. It has a brand new queen bed, with new linens, a new couch that converts into a bed and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy unlimited internet & a TV.
