Our converted barn in landscaped gardens, has two double bedrooms, the main having cast iron free standing bath. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. The open plan kitchen and living space is an ideal living area, with another quiet sitting room on the first floor overlooking the gardens, our house being adjacent. We also have a 7kW EV charging point

The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

The Cottage at Farnham House

The Cottage at Farnham House is a one bedroom barn conversion in the beautiful village of Farnham in North Yorkshire. It has been furnished to a very high standard and has its own private garden. The village is very quiet and peaceful with lovely local walks. The Cottage is 2 miles from Knaresborough, 5 miles from Harrogate and 20 miles from York, all of which have excellent restaurants and shops. The Cottage at Farnham House is adjacent to the Granary at Farnham House (also listed on Airbnb).

It offers a perfect base for a countryside holiday, whether you're wanting to explore the local area, or relax in the barn. Downstairs is a shower room, and open plan living kitchen space. This private annexe at Gowlands Farm House is located just off the A59, 8 miles from York and 14 miles from Harrogate, it makes an ideal base for visiting the nearby towns, cities and countryside that North Yorkshire has to offer. York Park and Ride is located 5 miles away. The North York Moors and Coast, together with the Dales, are accessible as an alternative day out. The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to roam freely.
