Nice country setting. You are 10 minutes away from the New River Gorge Bridge and all that Fayetteville, WV has to offer. This includes, rafting, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, zip lines, paintball, etc... The building was originally a barn and it was converted into an office in 2008. It has recently been renovated into a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom rental. The kitchen is well equipped, new appliances, and granite countertops. The patio is 14x45, screened-in, ceiling fans, and TV.
