The Little Workshop is a self-contained holiday annexe in the village of West Runton, on the North Norfolk coast. We are situated on the coast road and 10 minutes walk from West Runton beach. It is attached to the main house, with its own entrance and parking space. Perfect accommodation for two guests and a pet ; it consists of a 1 bedroom studio with kitchenette, separate wet room and entrance lobby. There is a small patio at the rear of the annexe, that is fenced off from the main garden.

The area offers beautiful walks and with a pizza oven, fire pit and cosy wood burner you won’t need to get in your car to enjoy your break on the Norfolk coast. This is an open-plan space. This is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday in the popular North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham. The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).

The garden is completely enclosed and safe for dogs and children. There are lovely views across the common to the front, and plenty of space on the drive for 2 cars. You can follow the brook across the road for a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, which will take you to the town centre and sea front.

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.
