The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

You may very well get to see the Blue Angels practice in this clean and stylish home filled with lots of little amenities! Nestled in private quiet garden behind main house. Off street parking and own entrance. Safe and friendly neighborhood of East Hill. Can walk to a bakery and pub. Between downtown Pensacola and airport. 15 minute drive to beaches. Wireless internet strong signal. T.V. with antenna. Amish "fireplace" heater. Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

Edna’s Barn

Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!

Historic SR Moreno House • Walk to Downtown

Beautiful first floor apartment in the historic 1908 SR Moreno House. Guests have the front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the shaded Live Oak canopy or relax in the New Orleans backyard courtyard equipped with a fire pit, Kamado Joe, outdoor shower, and covered entertainment area. The house conveniently sits within blocks of downtown restaurants and the America’s First Settlement Trail. Parking is provided in the driveway with plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.

The perfect Adult retreat. This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home stands out with a tropical style garden, large deck and custom outdoor bar. We are located 3.3 miles from I-10. You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best. If you are looking to move to the area, we have an in-house Realtor that can assist you. Not suitable for children under 12.

Four bedrooms, mid-century bungalow full of art, books, antique clocks, comfort and quirky stuff, with a beautiful garden. Fully modernized IKEA kitchen, bathroom with two person shower, and another full bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. HVAC. A very large patio and bbq grill for outdoor dining. Lots of space to relax in and enjoy. We supply coffee, English tea, jigsaw puzzles and TVs in all rooms. A gorgeous, very interesting home.

Lookout Nest 20 min from Pensacola beach

Just minutes from Fast Eddies Amusement park, 5 minutes away from a second amusement/water park Splash, 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from interstate and less than 10 minutes from the mall!!! The house is 20 minutes to Pensacola beach, 30 minutes to Perdido Key beach!!! There is a pool table, jumbo jenga, spacious back yard, covered grill area, large charcoal grill, and plenty of space for your group to enjoy!!!!

The Cottage By The Bay

Beautiful and underneath live oaks and old magnolias, The Cottage was built in October 2015 in a quiet family neighborhood. The decor is "Southern-Coastal". *We live on the property next door. NO water access. The Cottage is located 5 minutes from putting your toes in the bay at Naval Live Oaks. It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.
