Bedroom has queen size bed, brand new mattress as of May2025, 40" flat screen smart tv. Full kitchen with everything you need and parking for up to 2 cars. Patio area has two chairs and a gas grill.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

We live upstairs & offer self-check-in. A rare find in the Hudson Valley, our neighborhood is mostly flat, with walkable, quiet roads, and excellent bird-watching. It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

This lovingly furnished home in Hyde Park NY overlooks the magnificent Hudson River in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Vanderbilt estates. It comfortably accommodates two guests who have access to all three floors, though the ground floor mainly serves as the front door entryway. Please note, visitors are not allowed to host parties or special events. Thanks for your understanding!
