The Cabin is a cosy & modern, purpose built guest house constructed in 2024 and ideally located within the central belt with nearby and quick rail access to Edinburgh, Glasgow & Stirling. It has it's own contained outdoor area comprising of raised decking offering a unique outdoor space for relaxing and dining. It is in near vicinity to the owners residence for on hand advice and recommendations on tourist attractions, historic sights and places to eat. Rural setting and requires a vehicle.

Country park is open all year & free to visit, Almondell & Calderwood is tucked out of sight in the valley of the River Almond, stretching for 1.5 miles between Broxburn & East Calder.

There are several restaurants in the town and the historic Linlithgow Palace is located next to a loch. The property is 200m from the union canal. A short drive away is Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies.
