Welcome to our happy place. Memories and dreams are made here..... We are situated on the edge of the Tattershall Lakes Country Park and away from the road on a quiet cul Dr sac. A little Riverbank runs along the back of our holiday home, you can follow it into the villages of Tattershall and Coningsby, taking in the magnificent Tattershall Castle on the way. We have 2 bedrooms. A kingsized bed with small ensuite and a twin single bedroom or can be made as a double bed. We also have a sofa bed and of course our wonderful Hot Tub/ Spa. We're fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing, memorable stay. Beds are made for your arrival and tea/coffee or wine/beer will be waiting for you.....

Lane End Cottage Annex is situated at the end of a country lane next to the owners cottage. The lounge/dining area is situated on the upper floor overlooking tree lined countryside. There is a patio and brick built barbeque with a pizza attachment and a large paddock for the childen or dogs to play in also a 8m x 4m marquee ideal for family parties. There is an inexpensive golf course in the village and in nearby Torksey there is the prestigious Lincoln Golf Club. Local pub is short walk away

Ground Level Guest Annexe Suite

Situated in a quiet village, this ground floor Annexe offers 1 bedroom with single & double bed, separate lounge and ensuite bathroom. Ideal for quests with children and those who want more space to rest and put their feet up in their own space. The Annexe is separate to the main house, with its own entrance door and off street parking. Thealby is a peaceful location with amazing options for walking and visiting nearby attractions with great access links to Hull, Doncaster, the sea...and more!

The Coal House -

The Coal House is a unique building with a style of its own! Originally the out buildings to Georges Cottage, it stands on its own plot with private parking and outdoor courtyard. It is situated in a small village lying between the River Trent and A1. Recently repurposed, the Coal house is open plan, all on one level with everything you need in a home from home. Local amenities include riverside pub, award winning Indian restaurant/takeaway and secret tearoom all within short walking distance.

Wragby is the local village with take aways and local pubs. A small co-op for any food shopping. Check-In is anytime after 2pm. Check-out is anytime before 11am.
