The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Within walking distance of all Hobart has to offer: around the corner you will find Pigeon Hole Café and 3 blocks down the street our local farmer's market runs every Sunday. A short 5-10 minute walk takes you to Salamanca, Mona Ferry and the waterfront precinct with its many cafés, bars and restaurants.
