This beach retreat is located on the on the 2nd floor of a property called Harmony Hall. It is a short 250 steps to Long Sands Beach. The deck of this unit provides a view of the ocean. Bedroom #1 has 2 queen size beds. The 2nd bedroom is extra large and has 2 full size beds and 1 full over twin bunk. You are sure to enjoy the brand new kitchen/dining area. There is a small enclosed porch. Property has a shared yard, propane fire table, grills, picnic tables, and laundry areas.

Take a break and unwind at our weekly beach rental on Ocean Avenue in Wells, Maine. Our back unit has views of the marsh and the front unit you can hear the waves crashing. We are across the street from Moody beach. Less than a 2 minute walk to the entrance of Moody Beach. Our units are Starfish and Turtle and we DO allow pets. Both units are two bedroom and 1 bath and have full kitchen. Washer and dry in both units as well. There is extra sleeping in the living room as well.

Located 1.8 mi-dock square, 2.6 mi- Colony Beach, .7 mi -Cape Arundel Golf Course. Plenty of onsite parking, beach pass provided for Kbunk Beaches, a large back yard for fun and relaxation. Just on the outside of town in a country setting. Comfortable setting for relaxation. This is a daily reservation from Oct.1st-June. I love to make sure my guests have as much fun as they can while they are visiting and will help out in anyway possible. No dogs of any kind are allowed
