Includes a wheelchair accessible ramp entrance with 2 bedrooms, full bath, and wood burning stove on the first floor. A 3rd bedroom and 1/2 bath are upstairs. Our bonus loft overlooking the lake (accessable by ladder) is great for morning coffee or night stargazing Located within walking distance to town beach!

"The Pond" Tiny Home Lakeside!

"The Pond" is a part of The Lakes, a luxury cottage colony in Old Forge, NY. It is our version of a tiny home. It is adjacent to an existing cabin but at the same time it is its own entity with a private entrance and an outdoor sitting area and shared waterfront spaces. It is furnished with a queen size bed, small kitchen with full fridge, two-burner stove and full bathroom with shower. There is a small reading corner with an armchair and an ottoman. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple!

Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental.
